Dr. Julie Stanek has wanted to be a veterinarian as long as she can remember. Born in Northern Illinois she moved to Texas as quickly as possible and is still thawing out. She graduated from Texas A&M Veterinary School of Medicine in May 1994. She bought Centerville Road Animal Clinic in 2003.

In her spare time, Julie trains and competes in flyball, agility, herding and obedience with her Border Collie, Metro. Julie's older Border Collie, Dart, no longer competes in sports but still gaves 150% to all games he plays. Julie's cats just try to keep the dogs and Julie in line!
